Simvora Engineering OS is a product of Simvora, a brand of Greenie Positive Limited — the data controller for this website. Greenie Positive Limited is registered in England & Wales (Company No. 14617785) and based in the North West of England. What this website collects

This is a static website. It does not use analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind, sets no cookies, runs no third-party scripts or fonts, and has no forms. Simply browsing the site does not require you to provide any personal data to us.

As with any website, our hosting provider may automatically process limited technical information (such as your IP address and basic request logs) to deliver pages securely and protect the service. That processing is carried out by our hosting provider as part of standard, secure website operation.

If you email us

If you email info@simvoraos.com — for example to request early access or to discuss a partnership — we receive the information you choose to include: your name, email address, and whatever you tell us about your engineering workflow, tools and goals. We use this only to read and respond to your enquiry and to consider fit for early access or partnership conversations.

Lawful bases

• Legitimate interests — to receive and respond to the enquiries you choose to send us, and to run an early-access programme, in a way you would reasonably expect. We have assessed that this does not override your rights and freedoms.
• Taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (and performance of a contract) — where your enquiry concerns obtaining early access to, or the provision of, our product or services, we process your details to take the steps you ask for before, and where applicable under, any agreement.
• Legal obligation — where we must retain limited records to meet legal or regulatory duties.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for marketing. Your enquiry is handled using standard business service providers acting on our behalf — principally our website hosting provider and our email service provider. These providers process data only to operate the website and our email, under their own security and data-protection terms.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records, after which we delete them. We do not keep personal data for longer than necessary.

Where your data is processed

Our providers may process data inside or outside the UK/EEA. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on our providers' appropriate safeguards for such transfers. We do not make any separate guarantee about a specific provider or transfer mechanism in this notice.

Your rights

Under UK data-protection law you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability, where these apply. To exercise any of these, email info@simvoraos.com and we will respond within the timeframes required by law.

Automated decision-making

We do not carry out any significant automated decision-making or profiling about you.
